Father kills wife and 2 children before partying with married mistress

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested for killing his wife and two young children.

Police arrested Stephen Hutcheson, 47, of Alabama, who went out partying with his lover after shooting and killing his family.

Hutcheson is accused of shooting his wife, Doris Jean, 49, his 14-year-old daughter Kimberly, and his son Peyton, 12, while they were sleeping.

Police were searching for Hutcheson for about a week, before he was arrested.

Hutcheson was charged with four counts of capital murder.

Police said that Hutcheson was out drinking and doing drugs with his mistress after killing his family.

Hutcheson’s mistress, who is a married woman, told investigators that she met the man on Friday night, which was the day of the murders and the couple partied for a few days.

The bodies of his family were discovered around 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night, by a family member.

Nancy Acosta of Houston, died after her car crashed into oncoming traffic on Thursday afternoon. Acosta, a mother of three children, caught her husband Freddy with his mistress at home before the accident. According to the police investigation, Acosta followed the car of her husband and began to slide sideways while attempting to run him and his mistress off the road. She died at the scene. The driver of the other car was taken to a nearby hospital, and is said to be in critical condition. The husband and his mistress were not injured. Father chokes his son because he wanted to be free to marry another woman

Sapporo police said that they have arrested 31-year-old Tsubasa Suzuki, after being accused of trying to strangle his 9-year-old son in his car. According to the police investigation, Suzuki, a divorced father of one child, was waiting in his car for his son outside school on Monday afternoon. Around 3:00 p.m., the father persuaded his son (, who lives with his mother,) to get into his car. On the way home, Suzuki stopped the car on the side of the road and began choking his son. Luckily, the father had second thoughts and let his son go. The boy suffered minor injuries. During questioning, Suzuki told police that the child and his mother were obstacles for him to marry another woman and he wanted both out of the way.
