Man drinks can of beer before finding dead rat inside

A man became extremely sick after drinking a large can of beer that had a dead rat inside, according to court documents in Texas.

Marco Antonio Navarro of Irving, filed a lawsuit against MillerCoors and 7-Eleven on Monday, after he allegedly drank the can of beer that had a dead rat inside.

Navarro bought the 24-ounce can of beer at 7-Eleven along Highway 356. When Navarro got home, he opened the can and started drinking.

He immediately felt a funny feeling and the liquid did not flow freely. His sister used a camera to take a photo of the can and realized that there was a dead rat inside.

Following the gruesome discovery, Navarro and suffered from abdominal pain.

Navarro spent $49,000 on medical treatment, and sought advice from a therapist after reporting having trouble eating, drinking and maintain personal relationships.

Navarro is demanding compensation of $300,000 for his pain and suffering. MillerCoors denied the allegations, saying that the lawsuit has no merit.

Nancy Acosta of Houston, died after her car crashed into oncoming traffic on Thursday afternoon. Father chokes his son because he wanted to be free to marry another woman

Sapporo police said that they have arrested 31-year-old Tsubasa Suzuki, after being accused of trying to strangle his 9-year-old son in his car. According to the police investigation, Suzuki, a divorced father of one child, was waiting in his car for his son outside school on Monday afternoon. Around 3:00 p.m., the father persuaded his son (, who lives with his mother,) to get into his car. On the way home, Suzuki stopped the car on the side of the road and began choking his son. Luckily, the father had second thoughts and let his son go. The boy suffered minor injuries.
